A Shared Journey to Authenticity
Unmasking Your ADHD
Diagnosed at 52, I was initially surprised – but the longer I sat with it, the more it made sense across both my personal and professional life. A late diagnosis helped me reframe decades of coping strategies, burnout and self-criticism through a neuro-affirming lens. A late-life diagnosis often necessitates a therapeutic re-evaluation of one's self-concept after years of compensatory masking. Together, we will facilitate the deconstruction of these internalised expectations to establish a post-diagnostic identity and redefine success through a neuro-affirming lens.
In my work, I integrate this lived experience with evidence-informed coaching to help late-diagnosed professional women understand their profiles, reduce shame and develop practical strategies. Together, we translate insight into day-to-day changes that support sustainable wellbeing and authentic functioning at work and at home.
Philosophy of Practice
My work is grounded in a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed approach that recognises ADHD as a difference, not a deficit. I integrate evidence-informed coaching with reflective enquiry to reduce shame, support nervous system regulation and promote sustainable functioning across work and home. The focus is collaborative: we identify your goals, adapt strategies to your cognitive profile and regularly review what is and is not working.
